To back this commitment, Moka Foods is now situated in new premises at Laverton North in Victoria. In 2004, architect Anthony G & Associates was contracted to design a warehouse and industrial development to be the new manufacturing, warehouse and head office for Moka Foods. The successful tenderer for building this exciting project was BMF Construction. The dedication of the directors and contractors enabled the new site to be operational by September 2004.

With Moka Foods' better streamlined production, daily manufacturing has been increased threefold thus enabling sales growth. The commitment to moving forward has the directors addressing key issues, one of which is the continued growth within its financial constraints. The employees at every level are focussed on production growth while continually meeting HACCP standards. The drive that is demonstrated confirms Moka Food's growing status as a supplier to the food service and retail markets.
